Jackie Dunn
After getting her first few tattoos as an adult, Jackie realized that the fascination she first felt for painting and tattoos as a child had matured into a real appreciation for tattoo art. Her desire become a tattoo artist led her to seek out and complete an apprenticeship with one of her favorite artists, Chris Earnhart at About Face Tattoo in Oceanside, CA. Afterward, she moved to San Francisco to work and hone her craft with other artists like Adam Ciferri and Milford Barnes. Now back in the San Diego area, Jackie continues to make her mark at 454 Tattoo in Encinitas. Still painting, Jackie credits tattooing for giving her the discipline and practice necessary to take her artwork to the next level. She cites influences like Tamara Lempicka, Mercer Mayer, and of course, Sailor Jerry Collins.
